CoreJector™ & Dry Wood Borer

rinntech core ejector

Increment Core Ejector

Stuck increment cores are commonplace. Free the stuck part with this simple and safe solution without damaging the care sample of the increment corer. Made from transparent acrylic, simply thread the ejector over the corer end, and the pin at the base pushes the stuck part up through the corer. The corer threads are protected from damage. No moving parts, robust design, available for increment borers from different manufacturers. Can also be used to protect corers in transit or storage. Also available for the 7mm dry wood borers.

Accessories

  • Core Ejector (for 5/7mm cores)
  • Sharpening set and cleansing set
  • Available for 5 and 7 mm borer

High-torque battery driven electric drill (FEIN, BOSCH, or MAKITA): dry-wood and increment borers directly fit into the drill chuck without need of any adapter

The Word Resistograph

The U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), in late October 2019, dismissed the petition of IML Instrument Mechanic Labor, Inc. for cancellation of the RESISTOGRAPH® trademark in the USA “with prejudice”. This means that the RESISTOGRAPH® trademark continues to be an exclusive trademark belonging to Frank Rinn, the inventor of the term (“RESISTOGRAPH”) for his inventive high resolution resistance drilling devices. Frank Rinn has been developing these high quality machines in Germany since 1986 and his RESISTOGRAPH® trademark is registered in approximately 40 countries. Only machines made by Rinntech are the original Resistograph® devices and entitled to use the Resistograph® trademark. Only data collected with a machine made by Rinntech provide Resistograph® data.
